Publication day!

It's been a long road to publication, or at least that's how it felt to me, but I'm delighted that today sees the release of Fortress of steel on Kindle, with paperback and maybe hardback versions to follow later in the year.

Should really have been working on book 4 this morning (the first draft is a quarter written with handwritten notes for the next 20,000 words ready to be typed) but in all honesty I haven't been able to concentrate, the relief at having finally gotten over the publication line sucking all my concentration away. So instead I've been busy designing and ordering various merchandise to help me get the message about Fortress of steel out there to the wider world. Every little bit of publicity helps as they say.

Now comes the nervous bit - waiting for the first reviews to come trickling in. To those of you who kindly pre-ordered your copy - my heartfelt thanks and I hope the book lives up to your expectations.
